KDDC Young Dairy Producers Meeting – Tuesday, February 27, 2024
               One of the foundational principles of the Kentucky Dairy Development Council is to support the future of the Kentucky dairy industry by encouraging young dairy producers. This was at the heart of the inception of the Young Dairy Producer Meeting, which has evolved to become KDDC’s annual meeting for all producers and industry members. While KDDC continues to strive for sessions that appeal to young producers, we hope this meeting is an opportunity for producers of all ages to come together, learn from experts across the industry, and catch up with the dairy community across the state. This year, as part of KDDC’s new Management Plus Program, producers will receive educational credit by attending Dr. Fricke’s session on “Optimizing the Use of Sexed Semen in Dairy Herds.”

Kentucky Dairy Partners Meeting – Wednesday, February 28, 2024
              
​ The Kentucky Dairy Partnership is comprised of The Dairy Alliance, the Kentucky Dairy Development Council, the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, and the University of Kentucky. These organizations support the growth and promotion of the dairy industry in the state in various ways and come together for the Kentucky Dairy Partners meeting to provide opportunities that keep producer and industry members abreast of the latest updates. The Partners also take time to recognize top performing herds and individuals across the state at the Kentucky Dairy Awards Banquet. ​
