5Award Nomination Forms for 2025
Below are the award nomination forms for Young Dairy Producer of Kentucky Award, Kentucky Quality Dairy Producer Award, and the Kentucky Milk Hauler Award. All nominations should be emailed to: [email protected] by February 15th, 2026. Applications must be postmarked to KDDC no later than February 8th, 2026, or can be filled out below. All awards will be recognized at the Kentucky Dairy Awards Banquet on February 24, 2026 at the Kentucky Dairy Conference.
