Below are the award nomination forms for Young Dairy Producer of Kentucky Award, Kentucky Quality Dairy Producer Award, and the Kentucky Milk Hauler Award. The deadline for nominations is February 9, 2025. All awards will be recognized at the Kentucky Dairy Awards Banquet on February 26, 2025 at the Kentucky Dairy Conference.
